The digital dental x-ray system is more sensitive than dental x-ray film systems, so your exposure to x-rays is cut by as much as 90 percent. The large, colour-enhanced images let you see what Dr. Gelfand sees, so it’s easier for you to understand how your condition and possible treatment, if required.

People seldom have a clear idea of the actual status of their dental health. Even with lights and mirrors, a patient can’t see what the dentist can – that is, until now.
You see what the dentist sees. Dr. Gelfand uses a small video camera to photograph any areas of concern in your mouth – both periodontal and restorative. By seeing and understanding what we see, you are better able to make informed decisions about your treatment.
